Yenn Wong is the mastermind of JIA Group Limited - a collection of restaurants created for design-conscious gourmands that are seeking high standards of personal attention without formality or intrusion. The collection in Hong Kong includes the hugely popular 208 Duecento Otto, 22 Ships (Michelin Bib Gourmand), Duddell's (2 Michelin-stars), Chachawan, Ham & Sherry, Meen & Rice (in Repulse Bay), Fish School and the newest restaurant Mak Mak, which opened at the Landmark Atrium on 19 December, 2015.
In November 2015, Yenn was awarded as Hong Kong Tatler's Restaurateur of the Year, a prestigious award that acknowledges the achievements of an individual building superior dining experiences in Hong Kong.
MICHAEL BOLAM - Executive Chef
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Chef Michael Bolam brings creativity, passion and several awards to 208 Duecento Otto. Bolam relocated to Hong Kong from Australia where he worked at Melbourne hot spots Hammer & Tong 412, where he was named as a Runner Up in Time Out Melbourne's Chef of the Year Awards and also Epocha, where he received Australian Good Food Guide's very prestigious and iconic Chef Hat Award in 2013, retaining it for two years. He was also recognized by Melbourne's The Age Good Food Guide and the Savour Australia, Restaurant and Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence for Best Fine Dining Restaurant.
Bolam is a sports fanatic but, even on his day off, the dedicated chef can be found working in other kitchens to broaden his knowledge and experience in the culinary industry.
