Our founder, Chef Marco Rossini, spent years perfecting the art of traditional pizza-making in Italy before bringing his expertise to create Hong Kong's premier destination for authentic Neapolitan pizza.
The name "208 Duecento Otto" holds special significance. It represents the ideal temperature in degrees Celsius for our wood-fired oven, the heart of our kitchen where magic happens. At this precise temperature, our pizzas achieve the perfect balance of crispy crust and tender center.
