Prosciutto e Rucola Recipe:
Ingredients
- ✓500g pizza dough
- ✓200g tomato sauce
- ✓200g mozzarella, torn
- ✓150g prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
- ✓100g fresh arugula (rocket)
- ✓50g Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings
- ✓Extra virgin olive oil
- ✓Balsamic glaze
- ✓Semolina flour for dusting

Preheat wood-fired oven to 480°C (900°F)

Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round

Spread tomato sauce over the base

Distribute torn mozzarella evenly

Bake in oven for 90 seconds until crust is golden

Remove from oven and let cool for 30 seconds

Drape prosciutto slices over the hot pizza

Top with fresh arugula leaves
