  • 250g San Marzano tomatoes, crushed
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Fresh oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Semolina flour for dusting

    Preheat wood-fired oven to 480°C (900°F)

    Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round

    Spread crushed tomatoes evenly over the dough

    Scatter sliced garlic across the tomatoes

    Sprinkle with fresh oregano and sea salt

    Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil

    Transfer to pizza peel and slide into oven

    Bake for 90 seconds, rotating once
