Burrata Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese (250g)
  • 3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Aged balsamic reduction
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

    Bring burrata to room temperature 30 minutes before serving

    Slice heirloom tomatoes into 1/2 inch rounds

    Arrange tomato slices on a serving platter

    Tear the burrata ball and place in the center of the tomatoes

    Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil
