Frutti di Mare Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 500g pizza dough
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 150g mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari)
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • White wine
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Semolina flour for dusting

    Preheat wood-fired oven to 480°C (900°F)

    Sauté seafood with garlic and white wine until just cooked

    Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round

    Spread tomato sauce lightly over the base
