Quattro Formaggi Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 500g pizza dough
  • 100g mozzarella, shredded
  • 100g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 100g fontina, sliced
  • 50g Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • Fresh thyme
  • Black pepper
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)
  • Semolina flour for dusting

    Preheat wood-fired oven to 480°C (900°F)

    Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch round

    Distribute mozzarella evenly as the base

    Add dollops of gorgonzola across the pizza

    Layer fontina slices between the cheeses

    Sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano over the top

    Add fresh thyme leaves and crack black pepper

    Transfer to oven and bake for 90-120 seconds
